PT. Alter Teknologi Indonesia’s heartbeat is its Board of Directors. Guided by the strategic vision of either a CEO or Managing Director, they shape the future and define the path forward for the company. Yet, the helm isn’t steered by just one person. The CEO is buttressed by the diligent oversight of the Internal Audit team. This team’s mandate is clear: to guarantee every department aligns with established standards and operates efficiently.

On the frontlines of our day-to-day operations is the Operations Department. They directly manage the activities across our subsidiaries, including names like Devano, Iori, and Volunoid. However, the interconnectedness of our organization means the Board of Directors also syncs with other pivotal departments. From Finance and General Management to Marketing, HRD, and SCO, the collaboration is seamless, ensuring the organizational machine is well-oiled and effective.

Board of Directors Department

Strategic Decision-Making- This is our company’s nerve center, where all vital and strategic decisions are birthed. Their resolutions shape the company’s direction, ensuring we remain on a trajectory of growth and innovation.

Internal Audit Department

IOri F&B

Taking a slightly different path is IOri F&B. While its primary domain of beverage franchising might seem tangential to the mainstay focus of our parent company, there’s more than meets the eye.

Volunoid

Then we have Volunoid, an initiative centered around the realm of apprenticeship education.
