Every business, while on its quest for growth and innovation, faces unique challenges and opportunities. PT. ALTER, with its newfound base in Gunung Pati, Semarang, is no different. As we open the doors to our new office, we are also paving the way for expanded horizons and renewed aspirations. Dive into the story of a significant day that marked the start of a promising chapter.

Warm Welcomes in New Spaces
Visit by the Visionaries
On the sunny day of May 15, 2018, the corridors of our new Semarang office echoed with anticipatory chatter. The reason? A special visit by our co-founders, Mr. Eben and Mr. Yobelio. Originating from Pati, their decision to operate out of our Semarang location for approximately two weeks instilled renewed energy and motivation among the team.
Stepping Up the Game
With their presence, the focus was crystal clear: to magnify our market footprint and supercharge sales across all startup ventures that sail under the PT. ALTER flag. Every team member, from marketing mavens to operational experts, was geared up to stretch boundaries and meet our ambitious weekly and monthly objectives.
Embracing Challenges, Crafting Solutions
Navigating Through the Rough
In every venture’s lifecycle, there come moments of turbulence. Recently, we’ve been navigating through a few of our own, especially in the realms of team management and task distribution.
A Culture of Continuous Learning
Yet, every challenge is an opportunity in disguise. Instead of being deterred, we’ve opted for introspection. By regularly analyzing setbacks, we’re not just finding solutions but also laying down preventive measures to avoid future pitfalls.

One Though
The journey of PT. ALTER, like every other venture, is dotted with highs and lows, challenges, and achievements. But with a unified vision, relentless determination, and a spirit of continuous improvement, we’re not just aiming for success; we’re crafting a legacy. Here’s to the combined triumphs and milestones awaiting PT. ALTER in its vibrant future.
