Initiated in 2017 in Semarang, Central java, our business venture began its journey in the realm of Information Technology. Evolving over the years and recognizing our growth, we recently formalized our efforts under the banner of PT. Alter Teknologi Indonesia.

Our portfolio boasts a variety of entities that cater to diverse sectors such as E-Commerce platforms, specialized Web Services, and contemporary News Portals.

While our core operation isn’t entrenched in direct sales, we take pride in the fact that the businesses we have nurtured are at the forefront of sales and customer interactions. They are the manifestations of our visions and play a pivotal role in revenue generation.

At the heart of our operation is an unyielding commitment to research and development. Whether it’s the latest technological advancements, groundbreaking management techniques, streamlined administrative processes, or innovative marketing strategies, we’re always on the lookout for the next big thing.

Driven by the Founder’s strong ambition, this company originated from the aspiration to establish an IT enterprise. It all began in a small boarding house in Ungaran, Semarang Regency, Central Java. Before PT. ALTER came into existence, the Founder had initiated Foxy Access, a fledgling startup that served as a platform for learning and experimentation in the IT business.

Armed with accumulated knowledge, the Founder, alongside two partners, RJPS and NCP, launched their inaugural project: Facebook Autopost as an advertising medium. The success of this project paved the way for subsequent ventures, resulting in a myriad of products and services.

With the success of diverse projects and increasing sales, PT. ALTER began automating its operational system. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) were established, and the organizational structure was fortified. Recognizing the need for capital for expansion, the Founder founded a second startup to seek funding from local investors. As a result, this startup successfully secured substantial funds, leading PT. ALTER to relocate to a new office in Graha Fatro, Tlogomulyo, Semarang.

The Founder recognized that the forthcoming challenges were not solely about capital but also about talent. To address this, he assembled a Core Team, comprising members from various cities, many of whom had experience in multinational IT firms and had achieved international accolades.

Like many other ventures, dedication and hard work in business often yield results and drive network expansion. We experienced the same. A few years ago, we began our venture in the E-Service domain. Recognizing the vast potential of the internet, we expanded by establishing several subsidiaries or product brands, all under the umbrella of PT. ALTER.

In line with our growth, it was crucial for us to enhance the quality of our business management systems, including human resources, administration, and beyond. Every aspect was meticulously organized, and our intellectual property was stringently safeguarded within our database.

With the escalating number of internet users each year, we perceived an unmissable opportunity. We aspire for Indonesia to not just be a consumer of the internet but also a producer of IT services. That’s why we are ambitious about advancing the IT industry in Indonesia and hope to be one of the pioneers in this field.

Our aim is to establish and manage a business, ensuring its sustainability for as long as possible. After going public, we either plan to sell it or further expand with the help of international Venture Capitalists or Angel Investors willing to provide significant funding.
