This page contains general rules applicable to all members of the PT. Alter Teknologi Indonesia company. To see specific rules for other sections, please refer to the “Specific Rules” section below.
Types of Rules and Their Descriptions
General:
- All essential documents (files, images, videos) must be saved in Google Drive.
- Assignments given on an individual basis must be provided through Online Tickets.
- Speaking rudely, confrontationally, or cornering other team members is prohibited.
- Be professional during work hours.
- Use of management by Division Heads for each Sector and Double Position Management. In which there’s no division head permanently assigned to one sector.
- All questions must include: background of the problem, problem analysis, and a preliminary answer, before being posed. See: Case Examples.
- Speaking about racial, religious, ethnic or social differences (often referred to as “SARA” in Indonesian) is prohibited.
Specific:
- Discussing politics, directly or indirectly, during work activities is prohibited.
- While engaging in work activities (whether it’s internships, working on projects, or regular work tasks), both interns and all involved parties in Volunoid are not allowed to resort to violence, threats, rude remarks, discussions on racial, religious, ethnic or social differences, or other harmful actions.
- All members are prohibited from tarnishing the company’s reputation. Anyone found doing so will be warned, possibly expelled, and face sanctions.
- It is forbidden to share member login data on this site with others.
- Members pledge not to publicize organizational information or knowledge gained within the Volunoid organization. Personal use is permitted, and sharing within one’s family is allowed.
- Every member must fulfill their responsibilities first before receiving their rights.
Office Rules
General:
- After eating or drinking, wash your own glass, plate, spoon, and other dining utensils.
- Dispose of trash in its designated place.
- Food, snacks, etc., located on the table to the east of the kitchen, are for members. Feel free to eat and don’t be shy.
- Coffee, tea, sugar, syrup, milk, and all packaged instant foods/drinks are for members. Feel free to use them and don’t hesitate.
- All office users must contribute to maintaining cleanliness, order, and security. This includes:
- Locking the gate and main doors when no one is on duty.
- Turning off lights, taps, fans when not in use.
- Turning on front lights as the evening approaches.
- Closing all room doors when they are no longer in use.
- Stack chairs according to their type after they are no longer in use.
- Taking or bringing office items home without permission from superiors is prohibited.
- Do not enter closed rooms without permission.
- Every member must participate in office cleaning once a week or as needed.
- Every purchase made on office premises requires a receipt.
- Attend morning briefings and share knowledge during these sessions.
- Smoking inside the main workspace during regular work hours is prohibited. Outside of regular hours, it’s up to you.
- If disposing of trash, make sure the bin is lined with a black bag first for easy disposal.
- Bins should be placed on their designated markers.
- All members have a duty to remind others if they violate rules, to maintain a conducive and clean office environment.
- If purchasing inexpensive items, use the loose change from the jar first. If insufficient, ask your upline.
- Turn off the printer after use.
- Once work hours end, employees should leave immediately and not play games in the office.
- Most office activities will be documented via Live Streaming. Be ready to go LIVE.
Specific:
- Work coordination will always be conducted every morning. The day’s coordination material is written on the page: Journal >> Activity >> Briefings >> in Semarang (you can access the link if you are placed in the Internal Division).
- If the quota for intern and contributor members exceeds 6 people, a “Morning Discussion” will be held.
- Morning discussions involve sharing the most valuable life experiences with other members, followed by a Q&A about the story.
- There is a company 5R culture that must be implemented by members interning in Semarang.
- Latecomers must write a Statement of Error as a reminder not to repeat their mistakes or oversights.
- If you are working in Semarang, you still have to send Attendance and Work Reports through the LMS, even if your supervisor knows you’ve come in and are working.
